The project
Woonhof aan de Leie is an exclusive residential development located along the banks of the River Leie in Kortrijk.

Furnibo is responsible for the complete structural works of Woonhof aan de Leie. Our scope includes the full construction of the three residential buildings and the office building, with particular attention to the technical implementation of the geothermal heating and cooling system.
The execution requires a precise technical approach for the installation of heat pumps and passive underfloor heating in each apartment. In close collaboration with the architects and engineering consultants, every aspect of the project is carefully coordinated to ensure a high-quality and future-proof result.
