The project
Located at Dok-Noord in Ghent, we are developing O’Vert — a new-build residential project offering a diverse range of homes, from studios and apartments to duplexes and penthouses, set in a neighbourhood that is evolving into a low-traffic zone.
The heart of the site will be transformed into a green park of approximately 4,000 m², which directly inspired the project’s name.
In addition, O’Vert complies with Nearly Energy-Neutral (NZEB) standards, featuring a connection to Ghent’s district heating network, solar panels, and a type D ventilation system.
